Suite45 is a peaceful double room in a antique villa finely restored, situated near the historical centre of the city, 15 minutes walk to piazza Unità, to all the best boutiques, bakeries, food shops, cafes and restaurants. You can find inside the room all the information to arrive to the Miramare Castle, the city centre roof and S. Giusto Cathedral and Castle.
The ambient is elegant and eclectic decorated; the summer breakfast has served on a roof, which has excellent views of the gulf.
In winter, breakfast is cosy and warm in the old porch in the garden.
Antique floor, artworks on walls, natural material and warm colours make the room a fascinating, welcoming and comfortable way to stay.
The room, with king bed, is a gem of refinement and hospitality, its rich colours and elegant envelop guests with natural materials and contemporary works of art. The large windows overlook the garden of the villa, making the stay naturally cool summer.

The refined atmosphere, although simple, is completed with the quality of the products offered in the breakfast, local, organic, biscuits and homemade cakes.
The entrance to the room is independent from the rest of the house.
The bathroom for the exclusive use of guests is refined and attention to detail. An atmosphere that never leaves, a large shower, double sink, hair dryer and fluffy towels.
We love animals, our two cats are wandering in the villa, it's quite a mess you want take with you your dog.
