This property's landscape makes yourself feel extremely relaxed and away from the noise of the city. It still offers a good link with the city centre, just 15 minutes by car from Ascoli Piceno. The furnished house guarantees a homely atmosphere.

The house is a fully furnished house which gives you the right atmosphere to enjoy your spare time there.

If you are renting a car or driving your own one the location offers a vast selection of towns to visit. From Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Civitella del Tronto., Ripatransone to the beautiful seaside of San Benedetto del Tronto and Cupra Marittima.

If you are looking for culture and history we would definitely recommend the beautiful historical towns of Ascoli Piceno and Offida.

Ascoli is situated 10/15 minutes away from the house by car. The old city offers many attractions including two of the most beautiful squares in Italy Piazza Arringo and Piazza del Popolo, Porta Tufilla, a tower-like gate built in 1552, The Porta Gemina ('Twin Gate'), an ancient Roman gate from the 1st century BC and a great number of Towers and Churches.

Offida is located 5/10 minutes by car from Castel di Lama. The small village presents the church of Santa Maria della Rocca is considered one of the main architectural features of the whole Marche region and other ancient buildings such as the Monastery of San Marco, built by the Franciscans in the 14th century and The Palazzo Comunale ('Town Hall').

The seaside of San Benedetto del Tronto is 20/25 minutes away. The 'Riviera delle Palme' is a beach located in San Benedetto del Tronto. It has annually been awarded a Blue Flag since 1998.
Moreover, the calm atmosphere of the sea is followed by the busy night life with many disco, clubs and great restaurants.

For a quieter and family atmosphere we suggest visiting the town of Cupra Marittima, around 30/35 minutes by car.

The house is a fully furnished house which gives you the right atmosphere to enjoy your spare time there. Its small size makes you feel like home and all the outside space allows you to take a break and relax.

The house offers a large double bedroom, a living room/kitchen with two sofas which can eventually be used as beds if required. In the double bedroom there would be an extra small sofa/bed which could be used for any child, without any extra charge. There is also a bathroom with window and shower/bath.
