A bright and cozy apartment with modern and vintage furniture, located on the fourth floor of a building in the typical Montesacro district, a well connected, green and quiet area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and the living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table and a TV. In the kitchen you can store your local products in the refrigerator or the freezer, cook them on the stove or in the electric oven and, if you are in for a longer stay, you are free to use our washing machine.

All the rooms have external access to one of the two balconies.
The apartment is perfect for a couple with 2 children, with the possibility of adding an extra bed or cot.

Only 700 meters away, at Conca d'Oro station, the Metro B1 will take you to Termini or Tiburtina railway stations in no time, and the connection with Metro A allows you to conveniently reach the city centre (Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia, the Coliseum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Circus Maximus, the Vatican). By train you are also just 10 minutes away from the University La Sapienza and the Policlinico Umberto I.

If you prefer to reach the centre while doing some sightseeing on the way, there are numerous bus stops about 100 meters away.

The area is rich with many non-touristic restaurants. Feel free to ask for advice.
You will be also 2 km away from Porta di Roma shopping centre and UCI multi-screen cinema (it is the largest shopping centre in Italy).

Villa Ada, a breathtaking area with woods and outdoor training facilities is also about 2 km away.
Nearby you will find many useful services: pharmacies, banks, post office, shops, hairdressers, barber, news-stand, tobacconist, supermarkets, various pizzerias and restaurants and the parish church.

Monday and on Wednesday morning there is a typical local market nearby.
On Saturday and Sunday you can take a ride in the lovely market of antiques in Piazza Conca d 'Oro and buy small souvenirs or typical food products.

Other things to remember
The room price does not include the local tax of € 3.50 per day per person, to be paid in cash on arrival, not due in case of cancellation.
There is the possibility to arrange transfers to / from the 'airport or city tours.
