The Bed & Breakfast Villa Magnolia is located in Trappitello, near Taormina. It is 5 minutes from the motorway exit of Giardini Naxos. At 40 minutes from Catania. At 5 minutes from Giardini Naxos. At 15 minutes from Taormina. You can reach the Etna in 45 minutes, the Alcantara Gorge in 15 minutes, Syracuse in 1 ½ hours, Castiglione di Sicilia in 40 minutes, the sanctuary of Tindari in 1 hour and 1/2 and all other important locations tourist.
At 100 meters from the B & B there is the bus stop for all destinations. On foot you can go to the pharmacy, newsagent or supermarket. The sea is accessible by bus, by bike or car.

Our B & B is located 1 km from the exit of Giardini Naxos. Take the SS185 to Trappitello. You will find a sign that shows you the way.
Train travel?
Our B & B is just 3 km from Taormina-Giardini Naxos train station. The station is served by public transport or you can take a taxi.
Travel by plane?
Our B & B is about 50 km from the international airport of Catania Fontanarossa.
The airport is served by public transport, you can rent a car or take a taxi.

Our main goal is your well-being, so our approach is to offer maximum availability in order to make you pass your stay as possible in line with your wishes.
Useful information for a stay in our b & b
Check in:
from 14:00 to 20:00, for arrivals after 20:00 please advise.
For different requirements it is possible to agree another arrival time.
Check-out:
the rooms, unless special needs, must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning and preparation of the room for the next guests.
Breakfast:
breakfast is buffet style. It is served from 8:00 to 10:00. We will try to meet the customers that come for day trips or who are departing in prior to 8:00 hours.
Intolerances and food allergies:
Tell us your requirements, we will prepare breakfast from you desired.
payment:
We only accept payment in cash or upfront transfers. Children under 4 years of age sharing a room with parents for free.
City tax :
The city tax of 1.50 per person per night and is charged separately. The children within the age of 12 do not pay the tourist tax.
It is not included in the price. You pay for it.
Car park:
The B & B is located on a quiet road with ample parking.
Moto:
for motorcycles and bikes there is the possibility of parking inside our property and closed by a gate.
Garden:
It is available to guests at the B & B. If you have pets they can leave them free, without disturbing any other guests. The garden is enclosed.
Internet:
There is free wi-fi.
Pets Allowed:
we are gladly welcome your small pets and large size (if educated).
please inform us of any your difficulties (allergies, fears ..) regarding the possible presence of animals in our B & B.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The cleaning time will range from 10 to 12 hours.
Please have your belongings in order to allow such cleaning.
The linen is provided on arrival and every two days stay for towels and sheets every four days.
The damage done to the B & B, after verification of responsibility, must be paid by the tenant.
For security reasons it is not allowed to bring other people in the house that are not those of the reservation of the room.
It is 'strictly prohibited inside the premises: smoking, drinking alcohol, using drugs substances, speak loudly, yelling, slamming doors or windows, allow children to wander around the various rooms, or use appliances without supervision parent. And 'it is forbidden to take outside anything that is in rooms, in bathrooms or in any way in the internal premises available to guests.
All guests are expected to behave as educated and civilized people keeping clean and tidy all the rooms and avoiding trouble and inconvenience to persons or property within the property.
It is 'strictly forbidden to throw garbage, diapers and wipes in the toilet.
It requires the respect of silence in the usual hours (14:00 to 16:30 and 23:00 to 08:00).
Guests will need to take care of the items belonging to them, we decline any responsibility for any theft or damage.
The pets must be educated and not disturb other guests.
