We are Luz and Walter we are social and friendly-happy couple in our 60s. We have 2 extra furniture bedrooms with 3 beds and the extra bathroom is just next to your rooms. We accomodate 4 person in the 2 bedrooms. You also will have a communal pool next to the Villa, and in about 5 minutes driving, you will have the Guardamar Beach at the Mediterranean Sea.

Our neighbourhood is nice and quite with walking distance to restaurants, bars-cafes. Local buses are just next to the bars. Besides that, the neighbourhood, has a open place to ride a bicycle and walk around. The Spanish Guardamar town is located by the Mediterranean Sea as the rest of most towns such as it is the Spanish town and peach of Cabo Roy, Playa Flamenca etc.

Elche, is the City of the Palms is about 30 minutes from our place here in Guardamar.

Alicante airport is 30 minutes away as well Alicante City which is a bid city to explore with beautiful beaches, a lovely castle to view the city and historical old town and the city. Alicante has different types of bars for different types of ages. Alicante also has many discotheques, and places to dance, have dinners.

If you also need us to pick up and drop off to the airport-Alicante for 50 Euros both ways; you are very welcome to let us know. We also can provide you with local Day-tours to Alga, Guadalest, (50Euros per 2 persons) drive you to have lunch to Rabate is countryside restaurant.
