Abisko Guest House

The Guest House is situated in the heart of the Swedish Lapland mountain region. It is easily accessible by rail (Östra Station Abisko), road (E10) and by air. Come stay with us in winter for the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis), snowmobile racing, dog sledding, skiing and ice-fishing.

In the summer watch the Sami round up and sort their reindeer herds, take walking trips in the mountains or join us for some hunting or fishing. We supply all clothing and necessary equipment for each activity including snowmobiles and a helicopter where required.

We have an excellent restaurant and pub where we serve our great breakfast. It also serves dinner and doubles as the local watering hole. For those who prefer, we also offer self-catering facilities in our two large fully equipped kitchens.

Accommodation: Sixteen double/twin bedrooms with possibility to add an extra bed (fee applies). Two fully fitted kitchens for self-catering, two large common rooms and shared showers and toilets.

Catering: The Aurora Restaurant and Pub is adjacent to the Guest House and serves great breakfast. It is also open for lunch and dinner. The bar is open between 18.00 - 22.00.For those who prefer to stay on self-catering basis, we have two fully equipped kitchens. We also have two large common rooms for relaxing and socializing.
