Inverbann Bed & Breakfast
Situated at the heart of Larne, the 'Gateway to the Glens', Inverbann offers the unique combination of first class accommodation and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that only a family-run bed & breakfast can provide.
Three minutes up the road will take you onto the world famous Antrim Coast Road, a scene of outstanding natural beauty. This road winds through the Nine Sister Glens of Antrim, through Glenarm and Cushendall and up as far as Ballycastle, Portrush and The Giant's Causeway.
Built in 1936, Inverbann was originally a doctor's house. Indeed the original bell system, with 'Patient's Doors' and 'Surgery' tags are still in service. Jim and Joy Scott bought the home in 1986, and since managing to get rid of their children, the house was opened as a B&B in 1994.
The gardens to the rear of the house are also accessible, and it is possible to have breakfast there if so preferred. There is plenty of room to relax on a nice day, or just to have a cup of coffee outdoors.
Inverbann offers three rooms; a family room (up to 4 people), one twin and one double room (2 persons).
All are en-suite, and feature colour television (with SKY Digital available), tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of storage space.
The price for accommodation is from £23 per person per night (child rates are negotiable) and includes your choice of either a full Ulster, Vegetarian or Continental Breakfast, served in our dining room in the conservatory.
A single room may be available at a supplement, from £5.
