Our accommodation is spacious and comfortable for great nights sleep. Each morning you will be served a wholesome filling breakfast to set you up for a day of exploring the local area.

Danubio B&B is ideally located for lovers of golf, countryside, beaches and traditional music. Situated 500m from the Greg Norman designed Doonbeg Golf Course and within 20 minutes drive of three more golf courses, in Lahinch, Kilkee, and Spanish Point. The area has also many beaches, great for surfing and swimming.

The local village of Doonbeg, 5 minutes drive away has great restuarants and pubs with a local taxi service available. Doonbeg is home to a great Jazz festival on the June Bank Holiday weekend.

The towns of Kilkee, Kilrush and Miltown Malbay are all within 20 minutes drive of Danubio B&B. All with a great atmosphere, in particular during the summer months with many fesitivals including the famous Willie Clancy festival in Miltown Malbay. The Vandeluer Walled Gardens in Kilrush are well worth a visit.

Deep sea angling, diving, dolphin watching, cliff walks are all available locally. The world famous Cliffs of Moher are 35 minutes drive away through the great sea side town of Lahinch.

Danubio B&B is easily accessible only 50 minutes drive from Shannon airport, 1 hour from Limerick and 25 minutes from the Killimer-Tarbert car ferry to Kerry.

Our rates are 35e pps sharing for double en-suite and 32.50e pps sharing for twin with private bathroom. Single occupancy is 45-50e depending on the season.
