Split across two floors Rose Cottage is one of the original cottages on the Estate. It is a short walk from Larchfield Barn and Stables.
Sleeping 2 or 4 plus cot if required it has been refurbished to an extremely high standard (completed in July 2012) with the help of a Rural Development Grant.
Rose Cottage offers a stunning place for overnight stays.

Kitchen Table with seating for 6, rangemaster oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc.
Sitting room with log fire (logs provided), large sofa bed (600 TC linen provided along with duck or micrfibre duvet, pillows etc), arm chair, digital TV, good sized ensuite rain shower & WC with underfloor heating.
Upstairs
Spacious king size double bedroom, 600 TC linens, vanity, hairdryer etc provided.
Across landing a very spacious bathroom with leather armchair, marble topped vanity and large roll top bath to relax in.
Toiletries, Towels and Linens all provided. Anti Allergy options available.
Travel Cot available for small children.
Central heating included.
Outside patio area with seating for 6

Larchfield Estate is based just outside Lisburn, 1hr 30 from Dublin, 35 minutes from either Belfast Airport. The Award Winning Estate dates from 1750 when the main house was built for the Mussenden Family. Larchfield opened in 2007 for private events and parties and is 600 acres in size. It is a unique and truly beautiful setting.
