Our ever changing menu includes a wide selection of dishes offering local sourced beef /lamb and seafood... if it’s just a bowl of chowder for the cold surfer to a big family meal you will receive a warm welcome.
Located directly behind The Beach Bar, all bedrooms come with en suite facilities and colour television in the rooms, as well as a large family room that sleeps 6 people.

With a well established reputation as a live music venue, The Beach Bar caters for all music taste from an evening of traditional toe tapping Irish music to more modern style, there is something to suite all ages.
The Beach Bar welcomes walk in musicians where you will be well received.
Poker nights are held weekly on Fridays at 9pm
Aughris Head is situated in Sligo Bay, approximately 22km West of Ballisadare.
From Ballisadare, turn off the N4 onto the N59 towards Ballina. Follow this for 20 km, until you come to a sign for the Beach Bar and turn right. The route to the Beach Bar is well signposted.

The Beach Bar caters for an eclectic mix of visitors all year round.
When you walk through the door, you will feel you are in a place that has not changed much over the centuries, yet it has something to suit all tastes. From the thirsty surfers just off the waves, to the tourists seeking out an other-worldly Irish experience, to the young 21 year olds looking for somewhere with character to host their 21st birthday parties, there is a welcome waiting for all.
Good food, regular music sessions, draught Guinness and a beer garden with a view are the obvious attractions. More hidden, but can be sensed everywhere in the place, is the history of the Beach
