We are on the A98 coastal route for the east coast, handy for cyclists, fishing, golf and of course the whisky trail. The area is also popular for sightings of the Moray Firth bottle nosed dolphins, seals and the occasional whale. Boats can be hired locally to see these wonderful creatures.

Portsoy is a popular 17th century village (possibly the oldest in Europe) which is famed for its marble for which the palace of Verseilles was built & also hosts the Scottish annual boat festival in the summer it also has all the village amenities including restaurants and public houses.

Cullen of course is famous for Cullen Skink a famous tasty soup. It also has a magnificent beach with beautiful views again with restaurants and public houses
Sandend is probably one of the smallest fishing villages on the north east coast, however the beach and sea are very popular with families and surfers.

Fordyce goes back in time over 1000 years historically and is a picturesque village of small winding streets.

Banfff is approx 8 miles and enjoys all the facilities of a small town.
Aberdeen/Dyce airport is approx 45 mins drive and Inverness airport approx 60mins. The nearest train station is Elgin.
