Pine Lodge Bed & Breakfast

The house sits in 7 acres with lovely views of the local hills and has ample on-site parking. We have 6 units within the house: 1 annexe (or granny flat) with kitchen and bathroom, 1 double suite with bathroom, 1 double room, 1 twin room and 2 single rooms.

There's a hot tub in the walled garden and a large barn that is undergoing renovation and will be our new entertainment centre. The house also has fishing rights on the river Ettrick which is just a few yards from the house.

Free Internet access point and WiFi also available. We chose this location for it's intimate connection with the local countryside which offers a high quality environment for many activities including fishing, hiking, walking, cycling, shooting, stargazing, visiting stately homes, and relaxing.

Local roads connect Pine Lodge to Bowhill, the Southern Upland Way, the Three Brethren, Samye Ling Tibetan Centre, Glentress Forest (part of the 7 Stanes cycle route), Grey Mare's Tail waterfall, Local Border's Mounted Festivals, Sir Walter Scott's Abbotsford, Sir Walter Scott's Courthouse, Melrose Abbey, and Jedburgh Abbey.
Location

Located along the Ettrick River on the A709, Pine Lodge is located approximately 1 mile southeast of Ettrickbridge, or 7 miles south of Selkirk.

The entire house, excluding the annexe, is also available to rent should you wish.
