Fairydean Mill offers exceptional luxury accommodation while you take time to experience and explore the Scottish Borders. There is much to see and do, so take time to plan your activities and get the best from your visit.

The atmosphere is relaxed and luxurious. You may wake to the sounds of woodland birdsong and fall asleep to the echoing music of Fairydean Burn, which runs through the garden, beneath venerable yews.

We have three beautifully appointed rooms:-
Fairydean Burn - Luxury King Sized Bed with open plan double vanity units, open plan shower and French Windows to the Garden.

Fairydean Bridge - A Twin Room with French Windows overlooking the 19th Century Mill Bridge.

Fairydean Mill - A Luxury Double Room overlooking Fairydean Burn.

Whilst we are not registered as 5 star we do try to provide you with a five star service.

Breakfast is serve in our bright and spacious open plan Library, overlooking the banks of Fairydean Burn.

All of our breakfasts are prepared and cooked fresh to order by your hosts using quality fresh ingredients. In addition to a cooked breakfast we also offer an extensive range of cereals, fruit juices, toast and yoghurts. We are also happy to make you a vegetarian breakfast (cooked in a separate pan) or to accommodate many other dietary requirements, if you can please let us know in advance.
