The Conifers is a family run establishment, with a warm friendly atmosphere. The guesthouse is an elegant period building situated in the Heart of Edinburgh. At The Conifers we know the importance of an informative and attentive service so Liz and David will be on hand to offer advice and service to make your visit to Edinburgh as wonderful as possible.

We endeavour to make our guests stay in Edinburgh as relaxed and comfortable as possible, so if there anything else you need, please just ask. !

We are within easy walking distance to Edinburgh City centre which boasts a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and night spots. If you are coming by car there is free on-street parking on Pilrig Street. Getting around Edinburgh couldn't be easier ether on foot or by using the excellent bus service. The Conifers is an ideal place to stay whether on holiday or business.

Our excellent location makes the Conifers an ideal base for business travellers or visitors wishing to explore the wonderful city of Edinburgh and to start off your day we offer a choice of breakfast, full Scottish, vegetarian or continental all included in the price, served between 8am an 9am daily.

We have a variety of bedrooms, which include single, twin/double/small family en-suite, standard double and large family en-suite. Most of the rooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet, colour television, tea / coffee making facilities/adjustable central heating and secondary glazing. All rooms are serviced on a daily basis providing fresh white towels.

Our most recent addition to the services we provide is a Wireless hotspot so you can use your laptops while you are staying with us.
