Ardleigh Guest House has been an Edinburgh B&B for 35 years. Whether here for business or pleasure - our Edinburgh bed and breakfast accommodation offers our visitors a warm and friendly welcome.

We are just 10 minutes by bus to all city attractions and have splendid views of Edinburgh Castle from our front facing rooms. For couples on a special weekend, why not reserve our four-poster bed? This bedroom also looks out onto the Castle and the large expanse of green grass that is called Golden Acre playing field.

There is ample parking outside the guesthouse, which is totally free and unrestricted. Many of our visitors leave their and use the bus into town, which comes every 20 minutes and takes just 10 minutes to get into the centre of Edinburgh.

We serve a full Scottish cooked breakfast as well as cereals and fruit. If you are vegetarian, we can also provide a cooked alternative. Breakfast comes as standard with the room on booking.

All our rooms are bright and spacious, and for families we also have a large room which accommodates up to five people.

Most of our rooms are ensuite, so if this is your preference, please make a point of mentioning this to us on booking.
