Our B&B in Edinburgh enjoys the best of both worlds; a quiet location near the sea and just a 15 minute bus ride into Edinburgh City Centre.

We have a selection of single, twin, & double rooms available as well as a family room with fantastic sea views.

Each room has multi-channel digital TV and there is free Wi-Fi access throughout the accommodation if you need to use your laptop.

We also have an extensive breakfast selection and can cater for special dietary requirements on request.

There are a number of local shops, bars & restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the B&B as well as Portobello Promenade.

There is ample free parking outside our Edinburgh Bed & Breakfast. All our rooms are smoke-free and we are a gay-friendly, eco-friendly and biker friendly establishment.
