Situated at only fifteen minutes walk from the heart of the city you are welcome in our warm and friendly family-run guesthouse.
The house being situated near two main bus routes (No 27 & No 10), delivers access to the wonders of the beautiful Edinburgh City. Private and limited free parking is available in front of the building and also on the adjacent streets.
If you are travelling from Edinburgh airport, we are a mere 20 minute journey by taxi or 35-40 minute journey by airport bus. Waverly train station is closeby and around a 15 min bus journey away. If you require more information about this, we will be more than happy to advise you. We are also closeby to the Kings Theatre, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh Conference Centre, Napier University and not to forget the prestigious Edinburgh Castle.
All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock, and colour television. Centrally heated en-suite and standard rooms are also available, just request your preference when making your booking. Telephone, hairdryer and ironing facilities are also accessible - just ask!
Or, for the romantics out there....why not book into our brand new re-furbished 'Marrakesh Suite'? This is by far the best room in the guesthouse. Its a Moroccan themed room which has been beautifully decorated keeping with the Moroccan theme. The Marrakech suite is en-suite and complete with a gorgeous Four Poster bed, tv and tea/coffee making facilities. You can request Moroccan mint tea and pastries and enjoy them in this spacious and comfortable room.
Start your day with a relaxing breakfast in the morning sun as our bright and airy dining room is facing the south. There is a selection of fruit juices, cereals, fresh yoghurts, croissants, cooked breakfast and continental breakfast. These are served with toast and regular or decaffeinated tea or coffee.
