Feel right at home at Braeside House. A delightful B&B run by James & Margaret Yule in historic St Andrews Fife, The Home of Golf and where students were studying at the University long before Columbus discovered America.

Braeside House offers quality en-suite Bed and Breakfast in St Andrews - the home of golf. We are ideally located just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 minutes walk from the historic Old Course.

We offer three nicely presented en-suite guest bedrooms and a range of guest facilities including on site parking (difficult to find in St. Andrews) and free wireless internet

Guest Rooms

Our three guest bedrooms are spacious, tastefully furnished and recently re- decorated. All have en-suite shower rooms, television, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, clock/radio alarm and full central heating and Braeside House is non-smoking throughout.

Guests can make use of our express laundry and dry-cleaning facility. Free Internet Wi-Fi Hotspots can be found throughout the house for guests' convenience. All our guests are provided with a welcome tray - which includes Scottish Shortbread - on arrival at Braeside House.

Our guests are all special people and are very welcome in our home. We are pleased to help them make the most of their visit to our beautiful historic town of St Andrews, whether it's a round of golf on the world famous courses or , visiting sons or daughters at the St Andrews University, or simply touring the attractions of Scotland

St. Andrews is a historic city renowned as the home of golf and boasting Scotland's oldest university. Other attractions include the British Golf Museum, the Botanic Gardens, Aquarium, the Castle, Cathedral and the old harbour

The world famous Links Golf courses include the famous St Andrews Old Course, and five other Links courses. Although famous for it's golf courses the Town of St Andrews has a lot more to offer the visitor than the battle between men or women and The Wee White Ball.
