Places of interest in the City:- Kelvin Grove Art Gallery and Museum, Glasgow Transport Museum, Glasgow Universities, The Science Centre, Theatre, Cinemas, Glasgow Concert Hall, Restaurants, Pubs and Clubs, the Cathedral, Botanical Gardens, River Clyde walkway and of course Glasgow is famed for it's shops. Sauchiehall Street is approx. one mile long and lined with shops and restaurants on both sides. More shops in the Merchant City, Buchanan Gallaries, Princes Square and St. Enoch Square.

Clydebank, Duntocher, Old Kilpatrick and Glasgow International Airport lie to the south west. 20 minutes drive away.

Loch Lomond, Balloch, Dumbarton (with it's castle) and Helensburgh lie to the West. 30 mins Drive away.

Drymen, Aberfoyed and the Trossachs lie to the North.

Stirling (with it's castle and the William Wallace monument) Falkirk and the Flakirk Wheel and Edinburgh lie to the East.
