Beechwood Lodge B & B

We have two guest bedrooms (one double, one twin) both with en suite toilet and shower facilities and both with views over the surrounding countryside. Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and digital (freeview) television.

We have a guests lounge for relaxing and dining in comfort, with a larger TV than in the rooms. We have drying facilities and boot room for when the weather has been unfavourable, but on the other hand when the weather has been favourable enjoy our south facing garden with views and a natural burn running through it.

We provide Wireless broadband internet and welcome all folk - Walkers, cyclists motorists and motorcyclists all welcome as we have ample parking.

Quiet scenic location with views, yet only 3 miles from the nearest town and 25 miles from the city of the Highlands, Inverness. Convenient for exploring the whole of the Northern Highlands with mountains to the West, and the coast to the East. Many visitor attractions nearby.

Walking, Cycling, Fishing - river and sea, birdwatching and many other outdoor pursuits nearby.
Convenient stopover for Lands End to John O Groats travellers and also a convenient base for walking the Highlands Coast to Coast walk from Alness to Ullapool.

We think our home in Ardross offers a perfect holiday retreat away from the pressures of everyday life. Being near the end of a short no-through road there is virtually no traffic noise, so you can relax and unwind in the peace and quiet.

Our claim is that we are remote enough to be peaceful, yet close enough to nearby towns to offer useful facilities.
