Rutland Guest House is set in a fine Georgian Style Red Sandstone Terrace building offering high standard accommodation. 200 metres from seafront and new childrens playpark and a short walk to the town centre.

Rutland Guest House has various spacious rooms (family/double/twin/single) and is decorated to a high standard. Some rooms are ensuite. All rooms have TV, Fridge, Hairdryer and hospitality trays.

Guests have own keys and access to Rutland Guest House at all times. Parking is available directly outside Rutland Guest House or private parking can be arranged at the back area. Largs Promenade offers pleasant walks from Aubrey Cres to Largs Yacht Haven passing the 'Vikingar' the award winning centre where there is the local Theatre, showing the interesting story of the Vikings, there is also the local swimming pool and leisure centre where family visitors can spend the day.

Then there is the Largs Peir where visitors can jump on the ferry to Millport and either walk or cycle round the Island, a great day out for the family, There is also the Pencil Monument which commemorates the battle of Largs in 1263, an interesting place to visit.

Largs Yacht haven hosts several sailing events which attracts sailors, divers, and lots of tourists to town. Kelburn Country Centre Nearby, is the Natural place to go. A great day out with the family. Kelburn Castle provides an impressive background to exotic gardens, famous trees and areas of historical interest. Fantastic views over the Firth of Clyde.
