B&B Basset Cottage, Auchterarder is a bed and breakfast situated in Perthshire, Scotland. It is an ideal base for touring Perthshire and Scotland. Stirling and Perth are just twenty five minutes away and Glasgow and Edinburgh within easy reach at just an hour’s drive.

Being situated at the west end of Auchterarder we are just two minutes from Gleneagles and its world renowned Golf Courses. Our cozy wee B&B is the perfect place to base yourself to experience both Central Scotland, Perthshire and the big cities as well.

We are ideally positioned near The Gleneagles Hotel and their fabulous golf courses and the renowned Andrew Fairlie Restaurant. So, why not dine at Andrew Fairlie’s within Gleneagles and “finish off” by staying with us in our B&B. Or play a round or two of golf on the famous Gleneagles courses or indeed any of the other, well known, Perthshire golf courses and “round off” your visit with a stay at our comfortable bed and breakfast.

You can use our Bed and Breakfast as a base for day tours in all directions without having to carry your luggage in and out of the car every day.

Or why not book a short 'wellbeing' break and indulge yourself in some relaxing massage which can be prebooked for you and is right on our doorstep in Auchterarder, or maybe some 'Bi-aura' sessions to improves your health and wellbeing at our B&B.

We also have many other places of interest including Stirling Castle just 40 minutes away by car; Drummond Gardens a short 10 to 15 minute drive and of course the Famous Grouse Distillery in Crieff and Tullibardine Distillery at Blackford.
