Alma Villa Bed & Breakfast

Alma Villa is a small Bed and Breakfast close to the centre of the historic city of Perth and is situated on one of the main roads leading into the centre of the city. Our comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation consists of Double and Twin Guest Bedrooms. All our Guest Bedrooms are located on the first floor and all have either an en-suite shower room or a separate (private) shower room. Prices per person per night throughout 2013 are from £27.00 per person per night.

All Bedrooms at Alma Villa are available for one or two Guests although a small surcharge is made for single occupants.

Our Guest Bedrooms all have free WiFi internet access, Freeview flatscreen TV, adjustable central heating, digital clock/radio, hairdryer and a well stocked hospitality tray. Ironing facilities are available on request. If you have other specific requirements please discuss them at the time of booking and we will try to help. Ample free car parking space with direct access to Dunkeld Road is available in front of the Bed and Breakfast.

Alma Villa is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Perth, Leonard Street Bus/Coach Station and Perth Railway Station. We are similar distance from Perth Theatre, the Concert Hall and the River Tay. A little closer are the North Inch, Bell's Sports Centre and Balhousie Castle (the home of the famous 'Black Watch').

Breakfast options include a selection of breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, porridge and a full cooked traditional breakfast. Lighter cooked breakfasts are also an option.
