Rose cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It comprises of a double room en-Suite, and a twin room and bathroom. Both rooms have TV. and tea/coffee making equipment. There is a large comfortable guest room and breakfast room. A full Scottish breakfast is offered as is vegetarian diets. Pets are welcome if kept within the guest bedroom. Internet services are also available.

Carluke is situated between Edinburgh and Glasgow with a train link to both cities. We have a leisure centre, swimming pool and a top rate golf course. Horse riding is also available in Lanark. We are 5 miles from Lanark which is famous for its association with William Wallace, (braveheart). Also in Lanark is New Lanark a conservation mill village and the famous walls along the Falls of Clyde. There are many garden centres and walks along the banks of the river Clyde just outside Carluke.

Carluke has an Indian, Chinese and Italian restaurant and several pubs offering bar meals. Carluke is within commuting distance of Motherwell and Hamilton which boast large shopping centres.
