Welcome to the Shepherd's House, our timber-built cottage on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, Scotland.

The Shepherd's House B&B is situated on the peaceful eastern shore of Loch Lomond at Sallochy, near Rowardennan. It's an ideal stopping point for walkers travelling the West Highland Way and a great base for people exploring the West Highlands by car.

We are at the heart of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. It's Scotland's first and most famous national park and the area is packed with things to do. There are water sports, hill and trail walking and there's even a seaplane offering unparalleled sightseeing trips above the loch. If you fancy sampling Scottish city life, Glasgow and Stirling are close by.

Our double, en-suite room is in an extension to one end of the house and benefits from its own entrance and staircase. There are in-room tea and coffee-making facilities, satellite TV and a DVD player. There are dressing gowns and slippers to use during your stay.

Downstairs is the dining room and seating area. We bake fresh bread every morning and offer a full Scottish breakfast. We also offer a vegetarian breakfast - just let us know when you book.

The Shepherd's Rest is our new bespoke shepherd's hut which has underfloor heating and is fully en suite. It's a unique space, perfect for a romantic getaway or a cosy and comfy retreat after a long walk.
