A warm welcome is always guaranteed by your host Cathie. All bedrooms, reception areas and breakfast rooms have been refurbished to a high standard.

We have 5 guest bedrooms which are all ensuite with shower/wc, consisting of 3 double and 2 twin rooms. All rooms benefit from modern decor, LCD TV, alarm clock, hair dryer, comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities. Iron and board are available upon request. We hope to have wi fi fitted within the near future.

Room rates start at £60 per room per night inclusive of breakfast for 2 people sharing.

Based in the heart of Balloch, the gate way to the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. A short stroll to the great selection of pubs and restaurants, which are near by. The river Leven is less than 100 yards away with lovely riverside walks leading to the bonny banks of Loch Lomond. Also a marina, boat trips and Balloch Country parl are all close by. Loch Lomond Shores is a 10-minute walk with a range of shops including the famous Jenners store, Loch Lomond Sealife Centre, canoe hire and restaurants.

Central for many different outdoor pursuits including golf, hill walking, sailing and waterskiing. Other local attractions available include the Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre and whiskey distilleries. There are also a number of boating trips available from cruises to speedboat trips on the stunning Loch Lomond.

At all times surrounded by the stunning local scenery. Conveniently located for travelling to areas such as Glasgow, Stirling, Luss and the west coast. Near by train and bus stations are only a 5-minute walk away. We have private car parking available.
