Obsessed with the decadence of the Bed & Breakfast experience since they met more than a decade ago, they have now chosen to impose their own formidable blend of style, colour and taste upon this splendid - and only - example of 19th-century Gothic architecture in South Queensferry.

South Queensferry is only a cobblestone's throw away from the bustle of Scotland's capital, where Scottish culture and history blend seamlessly with the architectural marvels of this diverse and vibrant city.

Whether you're here for The Edinburgh Fringe Festival or the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, or you're planning on eating and drinking your way across town, The Queens is the peaceful alternative to the busy city, while still allowing you to dip in and out of Edinburgh as you please.

The quaint majesty of South Queensferry is where the legacy of smugglers and royals collide. Specatular views sweep across the Firth of Forth, spanned by three titanic bridges that guard the wild splendour of Scotland. And The Queens is right in the middle of it all.
