Located in Kissimmee's Autrey House, Kapp & Kappy Bed & Breakfast is your home away from home. Built in 1913 and completely renovated in 2016, the house combines all the charm of a century-old home with modern amenities and a funky elegant decor. The house is situated on a half-acre in downtown Kissimmee's Historic Beaumont Overlay district.

Our wraparound porch and rocking chairs gives you an inviting break from a busy day. You can enjoy our native plant infused landscape and spot hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Sprinkled throughout the yard are sculptural butterfly and bird towers that create ecosystems for hummingbirds, cardinals, monarch butterflies and more.

All of the guest rooms in the original Autrey house require walking up a single flight of stairs, since they are located on the second floor. Each has en-suite bathroom with shower, Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, flat-screen TV and a sitting area. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the residence. Rooms range in price from $135-175 per night.

Your Innkeeper Tom Kapp is Chief Product Designer and Bike Builder at Art In Motion, LLC. Art In Motion's motorcycles have been featured on Discovery Channel's 'How It's Made', and ship to customers all over the world. The metal sculptures in the ever-changing landscape are made by Innkeeper Christi Kapp at Art In Motion, LLC Custom Motorcycles. Her sculptures currently on exhibit include 'Sugar Dolphin', 'Motorcycle Shop Fairy', as well as or guard 'dillos.

Kapp & Kappy B&B is minutes away from Kissimmee's Lakefront park for your Bass fishing pleasure. Being close to downtown Kissimmee restaurants, antique malls, and Orlando area attractions, this is a great location to enjoy all of Central Florida. We are walking distance to Kissimmee's medical arts district, 10 minute drive to the Advanced Manufacturing Center, 10 minutes to Osceola's Heritage Park, 25 minutes to Disney resorts and theme parks, 30 minutes from downtown Orlando, and only an hour away from the Ocean or Gulf.
