Quaint one bedroom with private bath, close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, trails. Not suitable for children and sorry no pets as there is a resident cat that lives indoor and out. If you are allergic to cats, this BnB is not suitable. Very laid back atmosphere.

Consuming alcohol is allowed, drugs are not. No smoking indoors, use of common area. TV in bedroom and free wifi. Search for prehistoric sharks teeth on Englewood, Manasota, Boca Grand and Venice beaches. Many boat and water sport rentals nearby. Please book well in advance as we fill up quickly. 1/2 hour drive to Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda.

Cleaning fee is $75 in addition to the nightly fee. Regular and Decaf coffee with continental breakfast. Specialty tea and specific breakfast wants must be included in your inquiry.

We enjoy a no drama happy atmosphere and are not counselors so please leave your negativity at home. We thank you in advance for this.

Full use of in ground heated pool, 6 miles to the beach, pretty close to restaurants and pubs, private bath, laid back atmosphere.

Located 1 hour drive North from Fort Myers Airport, 1 1/2 hour drive South from Tampa Airport. You will require a vehicle as there are few restaurants within walking distance.

We are all about fun, laughter, and non judgement....the only baggage we allow is what you put your clothes in. One large dog may be considered. Please call for details.
