The pictures of this home truly do not do it justice at all. The home has recently been remodeled with modern touches in mind and gray sale color scheme. New stainless steel appliances and pull down sprayer faucet. The decore is pops of blue/turquoise and a hint of yellows.
The closest town in Versailles, which offers pizzahut, Sonic, Mcdonalds, Subway and a few mom and pops resturants as well. There is a Dollar General, Dollar Tree and a Supercenter...along with many locally owned shops, to enjoy the old town feel. Tennis courts and a skate park at the local park.
The Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach is quit close as well, with public access swimming, the strip mall, containing over 100 stores. Lots of lake bars and plenty of local shops to keep you entertained.
As well as a super center, Target hyvee, Bed bath and Beyond.

Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. Smoking is allowed out side in designated areas.
The home is 100% furnished. You have everthing you need plus to enjoy your stay. Option of a bbq grill is ava. Large covered patio to enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard. (Seating for 6) there is a bb goal if you enjoy shooting hoops...
Plenty of parking for an Rv, travel trailor or multiple cars. There is a queen size bed in the bed room, queen fold out in the front froom and a queen air up bed, as well as a twin fold out bed available.
