Charming historic 1840 brick home with 5 guest rooms, each with private bath, full breakfast, evening refreshments; free Wi-Fi throughout, each room has its own climate control including air conditioning in summer months, paddle fans; window access for natural ventilation.

Each guest has access to living room with large screen TV, small game room with board/card games and foosball; evenings with signature blend coffee, flavored teas and cocoas, baked cookies.

Full breakfast includes free-range farm-fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, home-made breads and baked goods, casserole dish, orange juice, our own signature blend coffee, flavored and regular teas, flavored and regular cocoas.

In the heart of wine and art trails, antiques, live performances, museums, galleries; just minutes to Lake Erie, Chautauqua Lake and Chautauqua Institute, short drive to Niagara Falls, amusement park, historical sites such as Fort Niagara, Fort George (Canada), nautical museum, lighthouses, professional sports and car races, Lucille Ball museum and playhouse.

Though we do not take pets, we have partnered with a local kennel that we use for our own dog when we travel; we are happy to accommodate well-behaved children (and adults), we are best-suited for those over 12 years of age.
