Located in the Hill Country with views of Lake Travis, the Lake Travis Retreat Cottage is the perfect place to come and stay for some rest & relaxation. The cottage comes complete with a large flat screen television, DVD player and DVD's plus fireplace. A Large Fully Equipped Kitchen w/ beautiful granite counter tops.
A Laundry room complete with Washer, Dryer, Iron / Ironing boards. Dining Area with large table & chairs suitable for 8 guests. There are Two master suites both unique in their own way, both offering their own en-suite bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub). One of the master bedrooms also has a fold out futon.
The third bedroom has bunk beds, with a full bed on the bottom and a single on top. The garage has been transformed into a game / lounge room, with a mini pool table & lots of games. Great for kids or for adult game nights. The house has a private Hot Tub to relax in off the back porch-- great for couples, families, Honeymoons, Anniversaries, Girlfriend Getaways.
Wonderful decks surround the house w/ great views of the Hill Country and Lake Travis. The Back Porch comes complete with patio furniture a swing and propane gas grill. In addition to an outside dining area off the dining room.
Nearby boat launches and day dock to enjoy boating on Lake Travis, Vineyard within walking distance, Zip lining only minutes away, State parks. Or day trips into Austin, the Music Capitol of the World, Fredericksburg and all our other quaint Texas Hill Country towns and villages. Don't forget your cowboy boots and Stetson!
