The elegant 12 room Big Yellow Inn is located ½ block from Southern Utah University, 1 block from the Shakespeare Festival, 3 blocks from downtown and dining.

We offer twelve air-conditioned rooms all with private baths. A grand staircase, eight fireplaces, three sitting rooms, a great room, a guest library (with video collection), crown moldings, balconies and porches Guest office and wifi add to your enjoyment.

Cedar City is 30 minutes from Brian Head Ski Resort and Cedar Breaks National Monument. We are 1 hour away and centered between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. 178 miles from Las Vegas, Nevada and 250 miles from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Check-In Time is 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., or as arranged. Late arrivals must let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. Check-Out Time is 11 a.m. The Big Yellow Inn is a smoke-free environment indoors and in all suites. VISA, MasterCard, & American Express are accepted. A deposit of one nights room fare including tax is required for all reservations. All balances are due in full at check-in. • There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. 14 days before arrival (or for multiple rooms within 30 days), at 14 days you will be obligated for the rooms, booking dates with in the 14 period may not be moved to another date.

The Gable Suite takes the entire top level and has 900 square feet including a large sitting room and bedroom. Includes a fireplace, dormers and double Jacuzzi surrounded with marble. King, queen and single beds. A telescope is provided for the exquisite views of Cedar City and surrounding mountains.
