After a day of adventures and exploring fall into our plush beds in a climate controlled environment. Waking from a restful nights sleep, start your morning with a quick workout in our brand new exercise room and then enjoy a full breakfast before hitting the slot canyons and desert mesa’s.

In the evening have fun swimming in our spacious indoor pool or just relax in our outdoor hot tub. Before your turn in for the night be sure to take in the stars while kicking back in a reclining chair on our outdoor patio. Your experience while staying at the Canyon Country Lodge will be one that will bring you back again and again.

Located in Escalante and on Utah’s All-American Scenic Highway 12 there are a number of activities including hiking, mountain biking, canyoneering, sight-seeing, fishing, and so much more. We are in the heart of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, and a short drive away from both Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. Three state parks are within a 30 minute drive: Escalante Petrified Forest, Anasazi Indian Village, and Kodachrome Basin. The Dixie National Forest occupies the mountains to the north offer stunning views and beautiful mountain meadows. The town of Escalante has a rich Pioneer history. Be sure to check out the many red brick pioneer homes that line the streets.

Whether you like to explore deep into the slick rock canyons on foot, or tour scenic vistas from the car, we have it and everything in between.
