Centrally located near Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons, Wern Ganol is an ideal location for business or pleasure, with local tourist attractions such as the, Milleneum Stadium, Cardiff Castle, Caerphilly Castle, Llanciach Fawr, Castle Coch, St Fagans Museum Of Welsh Life, Rhondda Heritage Centre and The Brecon Beacons National Park.
Cyclists and walkers are well catered for with the Celtic Trail 300 yards away, Taff Trail 2 miles away & mountain biking at Cwmcarn.
The accommodation consists of six rooms, two double rooms ,two family rooms and two twin rooms. All of the rooms are ensuite with colour t.v. and tea & coffe making facilities. All rooms are on ground level including the dining room / conservatory which leads to patio area. Parking is off road in a large private car park. There is a pub across the road serving good food lunchtime and evenings. Wern Ganol provides home from home comfort with a warm, friendly atmosphere and a good breakfast.
A park & ride to Cardiff is 1 mile away with trains running every 30 minutes ,and a bus station is half a mile away with links to Cardiff, Merthyr Tidfil,
Pontypridd, Treharris, Bedlinog, Blackwood, Bargoed, Ystrad Mynach and Gelligaer.
Wern Ganol is a great base for visiting South Wales either by car, train, bus, bicycle or on foot.
