The Marine is a family run hotel that comes highly recommended for its warm friendly atmosphere.

Situated on the promenade but just a few minutes walk from Aberystwyth town centre, the hotel boasts stunning views of Cardigan Bay with it's spectacular sunsets.

52 en-suite bedrooms have television, telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and a hair dryer. Rooms with sea views are available on request. We also have bedrooms specifically for smokers and non-smokers as well as bedrooms where guests may stay with their well behaved pet!

There is a lift to all floors and ramped access at the front of the hotel for wheelchair users. Specially adapted rooms are available for our disabled guests with a walk in shower. With a sloped entrance to the hotel and all public areas on the ground floor - where no steps hinder passage - and with a lift to all floors; our hotel is easily accessible to everyone. Deluxe rooms have jacuzzi baths and four poster beds, some with sea views.

We have a range of family bedrooms including our family suites which have the added pleasure of sea view bedrooms and adjoining bedrooms so you can sneak some privacy away from the children. The children have their own sea view, television and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a separate entrance to the bathroom suite.

The licensed bar is open daily serving snacks and bar meals from 12:30pm to 2pm. Our sea view dining room is the perfect setting for residents to dine and enjoy local, home cooked, Cardiganshire produce with the vista of stunning Cardigan Bay.

Our Chefs are more than happy to cater for any dietary or special requests during your stay with us. We pride ourselves on our superb home cooking, friendly service and attention to our every guests needs, so why not reserve a table during your stay with us.

As an extra treat to all of our guests our gym and leisure suite is available free of charge and includes Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for the ultimate in a relaxing break away.

Conference facilities for 20 – 200 delegates throughout the year.

We are licensed to hold civil weddings. Wedding receptions are catered for up to 220 in our elegant Atlantic Ballroom.

The hotel is ideally located for fishing and golfing breaks. We aim to cater for your every whim - whether it's a special champagne weekend break in one of our deluxe suites, a rest on your business travels, conference or a wedding celebration - we would like to extend to you all a very warm Welsh welcome.

We also have another 11 rooms available in our Annexe. This is just a few doors down from the main hotel. All rooms are en-suite and can accommodate large families and parties who may be on a budget.

Open ALL YEAR, with a 3 day package over the Christmas period, open for Christmas Day lunch and we host our own New Year's party every year too!
