Set in its own (gated) grounds in Snowdonia national park and surrounded by national trust woodland only 5 minutes drive from Betws-y-Coed, 'Tyr Bont' is the ideal location for a relaxing and peaceful break It is situated on the river Conwy next to Rhydlanfair Bridge which dates back to 1780[the tallest single span bridge in Wales} and in two acres of beautiful wildflower meadow where our ponies and sheep graze

Located close to Mount Snowdon and Betws-y-Coed on the A5, Ty'r Bont's rustic cottage setting, offers the tourist in North Wales, the perfect base from which to explore the area. We are on the new Penmachno cycle route, and our stretch of river is the perfect spot for a less challenging canoe trip We are 1 mile from the Neolithic burial site and also the local pub

You are assured of both a warm welcome and hearty breakfast of freshly baked bread local free range eggs and welsh honey and preserves we offer a choice of full welsh breakfast or something a little lighter like French toast or pancakes with maple syrup

Guests have sole access to a 3-room suite comprising a lounge, shower, room double bedroom and a twin-room 'loft' {accessed via a short wooden staircase}.

Facilities include basic cooking (microwave, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities along with TV with freeview
