Prestatyn bed & breakfast

Karen and Steve would like to warmly welcome you to Prestatyn Bed and Breakfast, on the beautiful north Wales coast. Within easy reach of Snowdonia and its stunning scenery and at the finish (or start!) of the inspiring Offas Dyke National Trail.

We have spent many nights staying at good and bad B&B's around the world. We believe those experiences have helped us to offer you, the guests, a truly memorable stay in comfortable, newly designed rooms with en suite facilities.

The Beeches
This traditionally styled twin room, which is on the first floor, is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The beds are all pocket sprung with the finest Egyptian cotton bedding and a choice of pillows to suit your needs.
There are tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and full sky satellite television for your viewing.
The en suite bathroom is modern in design with toilet, shower, sink, lighted mirror, shaver socket, and various toiletries at your disposal.

The Studio

This larger contemporary twin bed ground floor room also has a small kitchen area with tea and coffee making facilities, a sink and a fridge.
As above the beds are pocket sprung with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding and pillows of your choice. The furniture in the room is modern solid oak and again has a television with the full sky package, comfortable two seat leather sofa and hairdryer.
The en suite bathroom comprises of large shower cubicle with power shower, toilet, sink, lit mirror with shaver socket and various toiletries for your use.

Breakfast
We pride ourselves on delivering locally sourced produce, that is of the highest quality, cooked to your specific needs, served to you in our comfortable and relaxing breakfast room.

From the free range eggs, hand made sausages and farm cured bacon in our tradition cooked breakfast, to the homemade preserves and finest quality cereals, bread, fresh fruit and hot beverages, we are sure you will enjoy a good start to the day.

If you have any special dietary needs please let us know on booking and we will do all we can to accommodate them.

Rates
The nightly tariff for The Studio is £65.00 for two guests inclusive of breakfast

The nightly tariff for The Beeches is £55.00 for two guests inclusive of breakfast.

Either room is available for single travellers at £45.00 inc breakfast per night for The Studio and £40.00 per night for The Beeches.
A 10% discount also applies for three or more nights on all the above rates.

All prices are inclusive of vat.

Where We Are

Sandwiched between mountains on one side and 4 miles of beautiful sandy beaches and rolling dunes Prestatyn has been a holiday destination for over 150 years. A gateway to the world famous Snowdonian mountain ranges, famous links golf course and starting point (or end!) for the outstanding Offas Dyke National Trail. Prestatyn is a place of contrasts, where history, scenery and a lively atmosphere make the perfect mix.

Prestatyn is easily accessible by road and rail links, the station, buses, beaches, high street all being within a three minute stroll from the B&B.
