Penaber is a distinctive detached residence standing in three quarters of an acre of land. It was built in the 1930s and individually designed by a local architect.
The house had stood empty for many years until we bought it and had it fully renovated
Ideally situated to reach the local attractions and places of interest in the area such as Portmeirion, the Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog Railways, Mount Snowdon, all too many to mention and not forgetting the lovely beaches. Activities can include sailing, water sports, golfing and walking.

Located within close walking distance of Borth y Gest and Porthmadog, on the Morfa Bychan Road, the house sits in its own grounds with a private driveway for safe off-road parking
Porthmadog is a busy town on the borders of Snowdonia and the Ll&No.375;n Peninsula. There are numerous things the area can offer with just a few mentioned here. The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway carry hundreds of thousands of visitors between Porthmadog and Blaenau Ffestiniog and Porthmadog and Caernarfon every year.

Porthmadog has an ample supply of eating places from the basic café to pubs and restaurants.

Although having few high street names, Porthmadog is an excellent shopping centre with a huge variety of small, independant, locally owned shops, from book-shops to music shops, where you can find almost everything you need. There is a leisure centre (Canolfan Hamdden Glaslyn) and at Morfa Bychan there is Black Rock Sands, a popular two mile long sandy beach.

Penaber has one twin and two double rooms, all the rooms are en-suite, tastefully decorated and are non-smoking. They have tea and coffee making facilities and colour televisions with a dvd player and also free wifi.

Parking and entrance is on a level access to the house. Bedrooms are all situated on the first floor and accessed by a flight of stairs with hand rail.
