With its 460 m² the house has 6 bedrooms and accurately depicts the idea of Break & Breakfast offering comfort and privacy, and at the same time inviting to interact with other guests within the multiple rooms and in its huge garden with a swimming pool.

Florida is entirely residential neighbourhood within Vicente Lopez district, only 8 km. far from the Obelisco and 1 km. from the Buenos Aires Ciudad Autonoma. Its streets are full of trees and flowers which contrast with buildings since the majority are excellent chalets. Neighbours are mostly medium-high class people many of them from the German and English community.

Security if one the strongest characteristic since every corner has private security paid by neighbours. Street aroma and people warmness will remain in the visitors mind who will no doubt to choose it every time he comes back to Buenos Aires. We are located two blocks from the main street with supermarkets, shops, meal shops, and every necessary thing to satisfy an excellent stay. It is 2 km. from Unicenter Shopping and 2 km. from shopping Dot, Historic Trabuco country house from 1900, President House (President’s permanent house), Coast Train (touristic train that connects with Delta in Tigre, Coast Park, Fruit Port in Tigre, San Isidro Hipodromo, Gambling house, San Isidro historic centre. Among main means of transport, it is 7 blocks from the train that leads to the capital city, 10 minutes from the subway and 2 blocks from Panamericana and San Martin, where almost every North area buses circulate.
