We are a small hotel, located in a quiet place, at only 1 km walk from the centre of Canelos. We are in a 50-hectare private property, surrounded by gardens of heliconias, bamboo forests, shawls, fruit trees and tropical vegetation. The Hotel was designed to offer its guests comfort, relaxation with a touch of style, comfort and customized service.

A visit to Huella Verde Lodge is a journey to a magical place where the beauty and diversity of tropical nature delight the senses, our hospitality makes you feel like part of the family and the outdoor adventures range from exhilarating to sublime. The lodge has comfortable bungalows and are nestled between a pristine wilderness reserve and the Bobonaza River. It is surrounded by tropical rainforest where colourful birds and butterflies flit through exuberant foliage and the songs of caciques and oropendolas complement the soothing sound of moving bamboo leafs

Huella Rainforest Lodge is an ideal spot to kick back and relax, enjoy the scenery and serenity, or just absorbing the energy of the rainforest.

As our guest, you will dine on inventive cuisine and exotic native dishes, fresh fruits and veggies, and scrumptious salads, accompanied with natural juices, sodas, or your favourite tropical libations. Everything at the lodge is prepared fresh and naturally each day, and will energize you to launch your rainforest experiences.

Guests can enjoy in the restaurant with delicious national, international and typical food. We have also a large choice for vegetarians and Vegans.

On the terrace of the restaurant, you can relax, play the different games at your disposal, or read a book and take advantage of the delicious cocktails from our Bar.
