Posada del Mar Bed and Breakfast is a small, family run beachfront guesthouse. The bed and breakfast features 4 rooms with queen size beds and one king size, all mattresses are top quality orthopaedic ensuring you a good nights sleep! Each room has a private bathroom, hot water, TV, WIFI internet, air-conditioning and fans.
Begin your day with breakfast served on our large terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. After Breakfast go for a walk and a swim on Uverito Beach, try ocean kayaking, explore the Azuero Peninsula on one of our various tours or just relax in a hammock on the terrace.
In the evening visit one of the local restaurants in the area, just a short walk from the B&B, or take a drive to the nearby ports of Mensabe or Guarare to taste some of the best and freshest sea food available
Posada del Mar is located in the beach community of Playa Uverito, just 10 km from the town of Las Tablas on Panama's unspoilt Azuero Peninsula. Playa Uverito is a safe swimming beach and great for kayaking. Close to the Port of Mensabe for those interested in fishing trips or excursions to Isla Iguana Nature Reserve, a beautiful small island, with white sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Excellent for snorkelling.
Mensabe port is a short distance away and excellent for bird watching. You might be lucky and see dolphins or whales! Top quality 2 seater kayak with life jackets available for rent
The Azuero Peninsula has many attractions and festivals. Carnaval being the most famous! The Las Tablas Carnival is the largest in the country, and receives 10,000's of visitors every year. Pedasi, Santo Domingo and La Palma also have popular carnival celebrations. Posada del Mar is conveniently located at just a short drive to all of these locations. Reminder: Book early for carnival!
