Paul and Rita welcome you with warm friendly hospitality to their family run Bed and Breakfast in Brixham, Devon.

A Guest House offering some rooms with panoramic views across to Torbay and 'The English Riviera' coastline.

Bed and Breakfast is offered to a high standard of clean comfortable accommodation and a 4-course breakfast to start your day.

For your comfort all rooms are En-suite and Non-Smoking with Hospitality Trays, TV and Mini Fridges. We offer a Four Poster for that Special Occasion and if you wish we can arrange flowers/chocolates/balloons/chilled wine/teddy bear as a surprise to greet you on arrival.

Plus our popular Garden Chalet with its own kitchenette area, full size fridge, microwave and benefits from having its own patio area complete with table and chairs set within the grounds.

We also have a large Car Park to the rear of the property.

Woodlands is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Brixham, Devon 'The English Riviera' and just 200 meters from the Town, Shops, Restaurants, Pubs, Harbour and the Sea. It is an ideal base to explore glorious Devon, nearby Dartmoor, with plenty to offer all ages, Steam Trains, Boat Trips, Fishing, Walking, Water Park, Zoo, Go Karts, Golf, Diving, Theme Parks and so much more. Try one of the Boat Trips around the Bay, Ferry to Torquay or Cruise the River Dart or travel on the Steam Trains and visit a by-gone era.

Brixham with its tier's of charming fishermen's cottage's and busy fishing port gives it a character that you will not forget.
