We are just 3 miles from Saunton Sands and Saunton Golf Club and only 5 miles from Barnstaple, the main retail centre for North Devon.

Public transport is frequent and reliable. Cycle hire is available locally for the stunning Tarka Trail which is close by. Your accommodation is situated on the ground floor for easy and convenient access with private parking, entrance and patio.

To make your stay more comfortable, you have the use of your own private dining/lounge area with tea making facilities, TV and. This room can also be made into an additional bedroom if required for 2 small children or 1 adult. The main bedroom is a newly refurbished double or twin room with en-suite, TV and Wi-Fi.
