Bulverton House Short Breaks are pleased to offer 'The Milk Parlour' (a segment of these former farm buildings) on a bed and breakfast basis.
Our spacious luxury accommodation offers the best of both the Self Catering and Bed & Breakfast worlds. You will find 'The Milk Parlour' fully fitted out for your stay (Bed made and towels supplied) with its own courtyard area / lounge / en-suite facilities. Sleeping two adults with a fold down bed for a child if needed.
Each day we supply a continental breakfast hamper (Cereals, Croissants, Pancakes, Fruit, Hot & Cold drinks) for you, we do not operate a 'Chambermaid' service (or Kitchen facilities), we leave the accommodation in your capable hands. There are no restrictions on the hours you can remain on-site during the day.
Our accommodation is available 52 weeks of the year, does not accept pets and is strictly non-smoking. On-site off road parking is included. 'The Milk Parlour' was converted to accommodation during 2007 so you will find the facilities and heating/insulation up to the best standards.

Bulverton house occupies a unique position on the rural outskirts of Sidmouth yet only one mile from the sea front!
Our accommodation will be available 52 weeks of the year but unfortunately does not accept Pets or Children, we aim to provide peaceful surroundings in a relaxed country cottage atmosphere.
