Now under new ownership and having been completely renovated and refurbished in contemporary style from top to bottom, The Brookfield now trades as a luxury Guest House offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation only.

Situated in South Street, just 600 metres from the village centre, with it's shops, pubs, and restaurants, we are the largest bed and breakfast establishment in Braunton.

All of our bedrooms are furnished and decorated to the highest standards, and all have en-suite bathrooms as standard. The luxury bedrooms have king-size/super king-size double beds, and are have both baths and showers in the en-suites.

For breakfast, help yourself from the selection of fresh fruits, juices, cereals and yoghurts all laid out in the conservatory before taking a seat in our contemporary furnished dining room and placing your order for a freshly cooked full English breakfast, all prepared from locally sourced products.

We have our own private car park at the front and offer storage facilities for surf boards, bicycles, golf clubs and trolleys (we can also charge up your electric trolley batteries).

We are the ideal location if you are walking or cycling on the Tarka Trail (250 metres from our front door), walking on the South West Coastal path (also 250 metres from our front door), playing golf on the championship links courses at Saunton (5 minute drive away), or surfing at any of the local beaches, in particular Saunton and Croyde.
Within a 20-mile radius we have the beautiful gardens at Marwood, and the Royal Horticultural Society gardens at Rosemoor. For more rural pastimes, we are on the doorstep of Exmoor National Park with its amazing flora and fauna.
