Our aim at The Baytree is to offer our Guests a warm welcome, high standards of quality and hospitality, excellent freshly prepared home cooked food, all in a relaxed atmosphere.

We have 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms all have been tastefully refurbished to a high standard. Depending upon the type of room (Standard or Superior) they are equipped with Freeview television, some with built in DVD player, silent running refrigerators, tea/coffee making facilities, bath towels or sheets and quality toiletries. Our Silver Award ensures the quality and cleanliness of our rooms and the variety of freshly cooked food at breakfast. This could be a full English or for something lighter, try our Eggs Benedict, creamy scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or kippers. If you are planning to visit Torquay by car we do have car parking or if you are travelling by train or coach we will provide a free pick up from Torquay train/coach station.

Torquay and the surounding area has some fantastic beeches and beautiful countryside as well as being the home of Agatha Christie. Castles and stately homes are within easy reach as is the Eden Project, there is always something for everyone to do in 'The English Riviera'.

Take a steam train to Dartmouth or Buckfastley and enjoy the views along the way, stay a while have a cream tea, relax and unwind. Holidays and short breaks are made of memories, you'll have plenty to take home with you.
