Bob & Annick warmly welcome you to their family run guest house located conveniently on the main road in Brixham.
The guest house is close to all amenities including Brixham shops and restaurants, the port, coastal paths, and Churston Golf Course.
Our seven bedroom guest house is set in its own grounds with ample car parking for all our residents and a landscaped garden, which guests are encouraged to use.
Most bedrooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms; all rooms have colour television, clock radio and tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Single, double, twin and triple rooms are all available. All rooms are decorated to a high standard. Four rooms, all en-suite, are located on the ground floor. We also have a guest fridge located in the dining room for guests to store drinks.
Our breakfast is produced from locally sourced ingredients and is prepared to order. Our fried breakfast is cooked in sunflower oil. We offer continental and vegetarian breakfasts upon request. We serve Douwe Egberts filter coffee and Tetley's tea, decaf and herbal teas are also available.
The guest house is located on the No. 12 bus route serving Paignton, Torquay and Newton Abbott. The bus stops are directly opposite the guest house for buses coming into Brixham and from outside our neighbours house for buses leaving Brixham.
Access from the regions airports of Exeter and Plymouth is good, journey times by car or taxi from either being approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
