A picturesque four star farmhouse bed and breakfast, set in a superb location close to Croyde, Putsborough and Georgeham. A quick walk away from Putsborough beach and the pubs in Croyde, all welcome (including surfers!) Great breakfast of course.
On its own in a wonderfully secluded valley with no sound of traffic Combas is a 140-acre family run stock farm.

The house is 17th century with a delightful garden and unspoiled views. Water is from our own spring - no need to bring your own.
Our position is unique being close to Croyde village, vast sandy beaches and coastal paths.
Guests may wander freely - walk to the top of our hill for a stunning view of two bays, Baggy Point, Lundy Island and on fine evenings spectacular sunsets.
On a clear night the absence of light haze means one can count the stars a rare treat!

North Devon is one of only three places left in England, which have been described as 'areas of tranquillity'.
We feel sure visitors will agree as they enjoy the peaceful beauty of the countryside, explore the many coves and beaches or just sit in our garden listening to the silence.

Combas Farm is only a short walk away...
...from the famous Putsborough Sands, a blue flag beach, which has always been a firm favourite with our guests.
Over 2 miles of golden sands leading to Woolacombe, voted one of the seven best beaches in the world.
Bathing is safe, there are many rock pools and often good surf. Tuition is available for surfing and other watersports. There are riding stables and tennis courts in Croyde while Saunton Golf Club is less than 3 miles away.

Most of the coast is National Trust - we are close to the South West coast path, the Tarka Trail also the Devon Coast to Coast and the West Country Way Cycle routes.
Drive for an hour or so and you can have a day on Exmoor with possibly a pony trek through Lorna Doone county, or view the fantastic scenery of North Devon's spectacular rugged coastline.

A few minutes down the farm track (sometimes muddy - bring your wellies!) lies the 'picture postcard' village of Croyde, famed for it's world class surf. There are several attractive pubs there, most offering 'pub grub', some with restaurants.
As well as the pubs there are also quaint old tea shops, ice cream parlours and intimate restaurants - in short, something for everyone.
