We are housed in an elegant Victorian building built originally as the family home of a Royal Navy Admiral, we are located centrally between Plymouth's ancient seafront, Plymouth Hoe, the newly regenerated city centre and the old quarter of the Barbican famous for the Mayflower steps, National marine aquarium and as the favourite place of the famous artist the late Beryl Cook.
Plymouth plays host to the National Firework Championships every year during August, Powerboat racing, sailing events such as the Transat, a Jazz festival, Food Festivals, and a half marathon.
Located a 5 minute walk from us is Plymouth Pavilions which hosts many top shows and bands, this year we have a comedy week featuring the likes of Al Murray, Ross Noble and Jimmy Carr.
The Theatre Royal is just 3 minutes away and has a constant billing of top rated shows including the Birmingham Royal ballet and Glyndebourne., as well as the traditional Christmas Pantomime.
